Aftercare

Getting a tattoo is only the first step—the healing process is just as important. Proper aftercare helps your tattoo heal correctly, keeps the artwork looking its best, and reduces the risk of irritation or infection. Follow your artist's instructions carefully, keep your tattoo clean, avoid picking or scratching the area, and protect it from excessive sun exposure while it heals. If you have any questions during the healing process, don't hesitate to reach out to your artist.

Keep It Clean
Gently wash your tattoo with fragrance-free soap and warm water. Pat dry with a clean towel and avoid scrubbing the area.

Keep It Moisturized
Apply a thin layer of the aftercare product recommended by your artist. Avoid over-moisturizing, as your tattoo still needs to breathe while healing.

Avoid Swimming & Sun Exposure
Stay out of pools, hot tubs, lakes, and rivers until your tattoo is fully healed. Keep your tattoo protected from direct sunlight during the healing process.

Do Not Pick or Scratch
Some peeling and itching is normal. Avoid scratching or picking at scabs, as this can affect healing and the final appearance of your tattoo.
